Trumpf TruLaser 3030 4.0kW
With a 4.0kW resonator and twin 3.0m x 1.5m beds this machine gives us greater flexibility when processing small to medium batch parts in different materials. We believe this state of the art machine from Trumpf is the best solution for our customers current needs. The 4.0kw resonator offers increased ability in thicker section material, typically we can cut up to 20mm mild steel, 15mm stainless steel and 12mm aluminium.
Mazak STX 2.0kW with FMS
Since the introduction of our Trumpf TruLaser the production though our Mazak machine has been focused on medium to large batch production in mild steel, it's what is does best! The machine now runs virtually unmanned 24 hours per day.
Based on proven machine tool technology, our Mazak Laser offers laser cutting with a high degree of accuracy. To increase productivity without increasing labour costs our laser is coupled with a Mazak FMS system.
The FMS system offers the benefits of:
- Automatic sheet load/unload
- 24 hour unmanned operation
- The ability to process upto 12 tons of material without operator intervention
- Remote monitoring, ensuring constant production 24/7
