Lantek Expert II
Lantek Expert II integrates cad design, part nesting and manufacturing technology. Expert II has a comprehensive range of nesting tools for both manual and automatic nesting. With options including common line cutting lantek offers some of the best nesting features we've seen. This has resulted in much improved sheet utilisation, and more competitive costings.
Lantek Expert III
Lantek Expert III combines all aspects of our production system. we can now track orders from quotation to invoice with a single piece of software. This enables us to give accurate feedback to telephone enquires regarding the status of orders within our production system. Repeat orders, delivery and invoice queries can also be managed far quicker than previously possible.
The integration of Expert II and Expert III enables us to accurately quote complicated parts directly from CAD drawings. The software offers quoting options for both single parts and kits of parts.
SOLIDWORKS 2012
Solidworks offers a complete 3D product design solution, providing mechanical design, verification, motion simulation, data management, and communication tools.
CADMAN B-3D
Cadman B-3D allows us to manufacture formed parts from 3D cad drawings to a high degree of accuracy. The software unfolds the 3D model and produces an flat cad drawing making allowances for material type, thickness and press brake tooling.
Once a flat blank is achieved the software then selects the appropriate bending solution on our LVD PPEB press brake. The final program can then be sent to the pressbrake accross the computer netwok along with detailed tooling setup information and step by step bending instructions.
